The verdict
Why it made the cut
A full Callaway set with driver, woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, putter and bag in one purchase.
Why it made the list
For a new golfer, or someone coming back to the game, a quality complete set is better value than buying clubs one at a time. The XR set is built for high launch and forgiveness, and it includes an Odyssey DFX putter. You get 12 clubs, 5 headcovers and a bag, so there’s nothing else to buy before your first round.
Good to know
Comes in Black/Silver or Blue/Red. A long-length version is available for taller players.
